Oh I agree. My boss jokes sometimes that maybe we'll all be millionaires in a few years. I usually reply "Can I just be happy instead?". He doesn't "get" me any more than I "get" him.
If all that's driving you is money, its not passion is it?
Greenspace--I have a feeling I get you more than your boss does!
